Over the past decades, we have steadily increased our efforts in terms of sustainability and environmental protection across a vast range of operations, including R&D, production and logistics.Ĭurious to know more about this aspect of our business? Thus, we readily embraced the kind request of the General Consul to refrain from using single-use plastic products at our Matilde Vicenzi station during the event, especially since this is very much aligned with our commitment as a company. This was a great opportunity to showcase not only the quality of Italian products, but also our commitment as a country to becoming a role model and global leader when it comes to circular economy and environmental sustainability. Last Friday we had the honor of celebrating the Italian National Day - the “Festa della Repubblica” - at Spring Place together with the Consul General in New York Fabrizio Di Michele.ĭuring the event, we had the pleasure of delighting the guests with our irresistible single served tiramisù, prepared with Vicenzovo Ladyfingers in collaboration with Eataly.
